About Us

Stalled was founded by David Stallings. David began his career by working as a cyber security analyst and senior software developer for a number of large organizations such as Raytheon Missile Systems, General Dynamics, Honeywell, and the Department of Defense. Deciding to forge a new path, David decided to start Stalled as a way to help the much smaller businesses modernize by helping them create custom software for their own unique needs.

David has also been a professional actor in Arizona since 2021. After working with a variety of filmmakers and crews throughout the valley, David decided to be a part of the growing film community in a larger capacity by expanding Stalled to also make films. The debut of this side of Stalled began in May 2024 with the first Stalled Short Film Showcase, providing a distribution opportunity to 11 locally made films in Arizona to a wide audience while also showing the first look at Stalled’s first short film, “A Modern Guide To Dating”.

Stalled has a mission to empower everyone we meet, from business owners to dreaming filmmakers, everyone has a story and we wish to help you tell it.
